Celebration, Florida

As a life-long resident of Central Florida, Dana Hall-Bradley grew up a short distance from Walt Disney World. She recalls hearing stories, as a young girl, about a town that was going to be built, based on the dreams of Walt Disney himself. At that time, she never imagined that she’d be living that very dream.

In 1998, she found herself relocating to Celebration, Florida — a town based on Walt’s vision of a place where families could live, work, and play. A place that was pedestrian-friendly and filled with areas that would beckon neighbors to meet and greet one another. A place filled with fun and festive events. A place fit for a pre-1940s postcard; patterned after five of the most architecturally charming cities in the United States. A place where dreams come true!

Celebration offers many types of homes with a variety of designs – Classical, French, Mediterranean, Craftsman, and Coastal – to name a few. In addition, the community offers townhomes and condominiums.

In 2011, Forbes Magazine named Celebration as one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in the USA; the only one located in Florida. Forbes listed Celebration’s beautiful homes, schools, and world-class restaurants as highlights of the community. They also mentioned how the town’s parks, places of worship, and shops add to the charm that so many have come to love.

As one of the first residents to start enjoying the beauty and fun that Celebration has to offer, Dana has immense knowledge of the town’s builders, villages, three schools, the university, the community parks and pools, the hospital, and the town’s shops and restaurants — found in Town Center, in the heart of the community, and in the outlying Water Tower Place.

Dana has been instrumental in helping people, from all over the world, relocate and invest in Celebration. In 2011, she spearheaded efforts to start and distribute a beautiful town magazine.
